Do You Ship Internationally?

We are open to this, but there are many customs restrictions as well as costs involved. Please contact us directly for shipping to any other countries so we can explore this with you.

What Are Your Shipping Costs?

For delivery anywhere in Australia we currently offer Flat Rate Shipping of $10 for orders delivered throughout Australia using the Australia Post Parcel Post Service. Express Shipping is also available on any order for $15.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders are posted off Monday to Friday, excluding Australian National Public Holidays the State of Victoria and Bendigo public holidays. After receiving payment for your order as cleared funds, orders are posted within two business days.

How long your order takes to reach you, or the receiver depends on how your payment is processed and the type of products you have ordered. Generally orders arrive within ten business days within Australia. If an item is on back-order, we will combine your order as one parcel and ship it to you once all items for your order are ready to go.

Please note due that there may be delays with Australia Post delivery times. This is out of our control and we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep track of your delivery. 

Which Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

You can pay using Visa and MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards with other options made available at the checkout depending on your purchase. These may include Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay too. All payments are processed on secure servers utilising the latest SSL technology. No credit card information is stored on the website as we utilise third party secure servers, such as those provided by PayPal, to process your payment.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.

Any product purchased from Rainbow Panda may be returned within the first 30 days (with return postage paid by yourself). Your refund may be in the form of either store credit, partial or full refund and/or we may also send to you a replacement product upon confirmation of an item being damaged.
